Clients may request a quote by submitting a “Request a Proposal” form on our website or by contacting us directly via email or phone. You must provide accurate and complete information about your business, goals, and requirements.
We will respond to your quote request within 24 hours of submission (excluding weekends and public holidays). Our response will include a detailed proposal, scope of work, timeline, and total cost.
Each quote is valid for 72 hours from the time it is sent to you. The quote expiry time and date will be clearly stated in the proposal email.
To accept a quote and secure our services, you must pay the full amount/half payment or agreed deposit within 72 hours of receiving the quote. Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, Credit Card.
If payment is not received within 72 hours, the quote expires automatically. Expired quotes are void and no longer honored. To proceed with services after the 72-hour window, you must request a new quote. The new quote may differ in price, scope, or timeline based on current market conditions and availability.
We do not grant automatic extensions to the 72-hour payment window. If you need more time, you must request a new quote after expiration.
Due to the nature of digital marketing services (including strategy, labor, AI tools, and third-party ad spend), we do not offer refunds for work already performed or campaigns already launched.
Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

Your original brand assets (logos, product images, existing content) remain your property.
Our proprietary strategies, AI models, reporting dashboards, and internal tools remain our confidential property.
Upon full payment, final deliverables (e.g., ad copies, SEO reports, strategy documents) are licensed to you for your internal business use. They may not be resold or redistributed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You may cancel ongoing services with 30 days written notice. No refunds for partial months or unused portions of prepaid campaigns.
We may terminate services immediately if you:
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, internet outages, platform failures (Google, Meta, TikTok), or government actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lahore-Pakistan.
Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lahore-Pakistan, not in court.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
