PPC Ads Performance Improvement

The Challenge

The client's Google Ads account had stopped growing. Over six months, the cost to get one new customer went up by 40%, while the money they made from ads stayed flat at $3.20 for every $1 spent. Their PPC Ads had run out of potential customers. It kept showing ads to the same audiences over and over, and 18% of their monthly budget was going to waste on clicks from people who never bought anything. Worse, 80% of their sales were coming from people who had already visited their website before. That meant they were barely attracting any new customers.

The Solution

We took control of Google Adwords Account and made smarter decisions. We stopped using broad and keywords that attracted everyone including people who weren't serious buyers. Instead, we switched to the keywords that attracted potential customers. We split their product ads into two separate groups. One group for best-selling and high-profit items and another group for new products. We also started sending real data to Google about sales which actually made better ROI. This taught Google to go after customers who were truly profitable.

The Results

Within few months everything improved:

• For every $1 spent on ads the client made $5.80 instead of just $3.20.
• The cost to get one new customer dropped from $412 to $248.
• New customers went from just 20% of all sales to 47% more than double.
• Money wasted on useless clicks dropped from 18% to just 4% of the budget.

Our Google PPC ads services delivered outstanding results ensuring every dollar spent worked harder to acquire profitable new customers.

"Fabulous Services by the Pearl Advertising team. We were locked into a cycle of high expenditure without growth. The team turned our entire Google Ads strategy and our profits were higher, our costs were lower, and we finally started attracting new customers again."— Marcus Thorne
